no-hats-bgum for Loyalists' Touhou playermodels
This is a custom version of no-hats-bgum made to work with Loyalists' touhou models available on Gamebanana. The normal version of nhbgum doesn't work as all hats hiding bodygroups are recompiled with the default hats, which are changed in these custom playermodels. This version here is properly recompiled with the custom headgears.

Yes, the VPK's filesize is big. I could search how to decrease it, but it's not my main priority right now.
