no-hats-bgum for Loyalists' Touhou playermodels (no_hats_thf)

This is a custom version of no-hats-bgum made to work with Loyalists' touhou models available on Gamebanana. The normal version of nhbgum doesn't work as all hats hiding bodygroups are recompiled with the default hats, which are changed in these custom playermodels. This version here is separated into multiple VPKs and properly recompiled with the custom headgears. Install only the ones for the models you use.
Yes, the VPK's filesize is big. I don't think there's any way to decrease it.

Since maintaining a second version of nhbgum demands some work, I don't know if
it'll be kept up to date with the original or with the playermodels. In any case,
