This is the second version of nhcustom2.
The main changes are: the "filter" flag "}" has been added, the
output folder is no longer wiped at each startup, the date header
now only accepts fully written dates (YYYY-MM-DD/YYYY-MM-DD), and
new arguments have been introduced. The program is also much cleaner
internally and way faster when it comes to dealing with filepaths.
Edit: I forgot to add an important error check and so updated the release.
